Over the past six years, she has built experience across nonprofit, higher education, and CPG brands, honing her expertise in email marketing and brand engagement. She enjoys bringing clarity and personality to every project and always approaches new challenges with curiosity and enthusiasm.

In 2025, Rachel earned her Master of Science in Marketing, where she deepened her understanding of how thoughtful communication and brand voice can transform the way audiences connect with a brand. She especially loves crafting well-planned email journeys, nurturing loyalty, and shaping meaningful experiences through digital touchpoints.
